Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because our products are digital files delivered instantly, all sales are final once the files have been downloaded. Please review the preview images, included file formats and price carefully before purchasing.

We will always make it right when:

• You were charged but received no download link — contact us with your payment reference and we'll resend the link or refund you in full.
• A file is corrupt, incomplete or doesn't match the listing (e.g. a promised format is missing) — we'll replace the files, and refund you if we can't.
• You were charged twice for the same design — the duplicate charge is refunded in full.

Cancellations

An order can be cancelled any time before payment is completed — simply close the payment window. Completed payments for undownloaded files may be refunded at our discretion within 7 days of purchase.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.
